Recently I have been more active in the gaming community (as opposed to my silent voyeurism *wink* *nudge*) and have found that hey, being a veteran of the industry and a huge consumer of vidja games, I might as well put my ideas on pape...err...internet bloggery.
Currently I am working with a friend to launch a full-fledged gaming website, but for now I need a place to host my writings and reviews. Up first I will be posting my review of the recent Castlevania: Lords of Shadow. There have been a lot of good reviews on this game, but there have also been some very disappointing entries from heavy-hitter websites who don't actually explain the game or even try to be objective; I will be trying to counter this by submitting a review that tries to rate the game on its own merits instead of smashing a keyboard and exclaiming "HERP DERP THIS ISN'T CASTLEVANIA I#HNTGIBGU:R@I!R" (Note: Dramatic reenactment.)
Expect the review to go up later today, as I have been writing all night and am recovering from a long day of midterms and raiding.
